Goal

Build a command-line list of books you want to read.

Milestones

1. Store book titles in a list. 2. Add a title and display the list. 3. Remove a title by its position. 4. Handle an invalid position with a clear message.

Acceptance checks

An empty list prints a helpful message. Adding two books shows both in order. Removing one leaves the other.
